If you are using the screen to play a video, the video and music must be embedded within the same file.
Crown song may or may not be played depending on time.
Personal Interviews will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2026 (9:30am) at LOCATION TBA
Prop Load in at the Tempe Center for the Arts will be on Sunday, July 12th at 9:00am. DO NOT ENTER THE VENUE PRIOR TO 9AM. GIVE TIME FOR BACKSTAGE PEOPLE TO SET UP. Please have someone on your team coordinate this. It would also be smart to ask your dresser to help you take things into the theater so you have time for rehearsal. Enter TCA through the Stage Door which is located on the west side of the theater.
All props will have to fit through the loading doors. No props will be able to be assembled at the venue, unless it is simple putting together.
Stage Dimensions:
Full Stage- 40' wide by 45' deep.
Half Stage- 40' wide by 22' deep
Each contestant will get 10 minutes of stage time, with the sound and visual operators. So please be there on time!
If you have dancers, tickets for them will be $15 plus the theater fee. These tickets will only be available for purchase in the Balcony 2. Select the seats in Balcony 2. The password code for those is DANCER.

Dancers will be allowed backstage in the morning for rehearsal. All dancers and prop people should enter through the Stage Door. The only names that will be provided is what you put on your application.
ALL dancers should have a physical ticket to the pageant. Tempe Center is being very strict with the amount of people they are allowing backstage. Th
All dancers should enter through the main entrance with their ticket. Their set up area will be in the Studio dressing area next to the main stage. During rehearsal we will show you how your dancers will get backstage once the pageant begins. After your talent, dancers are able to go back to the Studio area to change and go back out into the theater. If dancers are lingering backstage after, admin points will be deducted.
You are allowed one dresser badge per contestant.

We will have our contestant orientation with Miss Gay America and interview will follow immediately after. Please only bring 1 dresser with you. We will only allow contestants, 1 dresser and promoters.

YOUR NAME WILL BE ON THE LIST.
9:00AM PROP LOAD-IN
REMEMBER THAT ANY AND ALL PROPS HAVE TO BE PRE-BUILT OR BUILT OUTSIDE BEFORE BRINGING THEM INTO THE VENUE. LOADING DOCK IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH END OF THE THEATRE. ALL PROP PEOPLE MUST SIGN IN AT THE STAGE DOOR BEFORE LOADING IN ANY PROPS.
REHEARSAL AND A/V TIME BLOCKS-
PLEASE PLAN ON BEING AT TCA AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR REHEARSAL TIME.
