Personal Interviews will take place on Friday, June 30th. Location TBD.

Prop Load in at the Herberger Theater will be on Saturday, July 1st at 9:00am. Please have someone on your team coordinate this. It would also be smart to ask your dresser to help you take things into the theater so you have time for rehearsal. The dock is on 2nd Street just south of Van Buren.

All props will have to fit through the loading doors, which are 7'6" wide and 11'6" high.  Loading doors from the loading dock are 3'8" from the ground to accommodate large trucks.  No props will be able to be assembled at the venue, unless it is simple putting together.

If you do not have props, enter through the Stage Door located off Van Buren St.  There are several parking garages around the venue.  I would recommend looking at Google Maps prior to the day.

Stage Dimensions: 42' wide by 47' deep.

Each contestant will get 10 minutes of stage time, with the sound and visual operators, starting promptly at 9:10am. So please be there on time!

If you have dancers, tickets for them will be $10 plus the theater fee.  The promotion code for those is
DANCER.  These tickets will only be available for purchase in the Balcony level.

You are allowed one dresser badge per contestant.
